Cancellation Policy

Sunday Shooting Clinic – Monthly Booking Policy Membership Access Only: This session is exclusively available to members subscribed to the Sunday Shooting Clinic Monthly Plan. Online bookings are not available—access is automatically granted to active members. Session Details: Held every Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Open gym format with access to the NOAH Shooting System. Light coaching and observation included. Players may arrive and leave at their convenience during the session window. Monthly Commitment: Subscription renews monthly. Sessions are not individually booked—membership provides access to all Sunday sessions within the month. Missed sessions do not roll over or transfer. Start Date & Billing: Your access begins on the date you subscribe. We recommend subscribing early in the month to get full value. Memberships are non-refundable once activated. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused sessions during an active month. Gym Etiquette & Participation: Players must sign in upon arrival. Respect for coaches, equipment, and other participants is expected. Repeated misconduct may result in suspension from the program without refund.
