Bring your digital file, and weβll make it happen β perfect for: π Anniversary parties π Adult birthdays π Life celebrations or tributes You Provide: πΏ Any snacks, drinks, or party food π Decorations, if desired π Socks or soft-sole shoes for gym access Optional Add-On: π Need more time? Add 30 minutes for $50 during booking. π‘ The Theater Party is great for all ages β from kid movie nights to adult gatherings with a personal touch.
Cancellation Policy
π Birthday Party Booking Policy Weβre so excited to host your celebration! To keep everything running smoothly and ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our party policies before booking: π Booking & Payment A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your party. If youβd like to add extra time to your party, you can do so during booking. Each additional 30 minutes is $50 and must be scheduled in advance to ensure staff availability. β° Arrival, Setup & Cleanup Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Youβll have 15 minutes after your party for cleanup and exit. Staying past your scheduled end time without pre-arrangement will result in a $25 late fee. π What's Included Tables and chairs provided. Youβre welcome to bring your own food, drinks, cake, and decorations. We ask that decorations be easy to hang and leave no damage. No confetti, glitter, or open flames, please. Glo parties include black lights and glowing accessories for added fun! π₯ Party Size We do not limit party size, but please note that activities are most enjoyable with a manageable group. If you expect a large group, let us know in advance so we can make the best experience possible! β Cancellation & Rescheduling The $50 deposit is non-refundable. We require at least 7 daysβ notice for any cancellations or reschedules to allow time to fill the slot. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling. β Staff Coordination Our calendar system is linked to staff availability and gym use to avoid conflicts. If your preferred date or time isnβt available, please reach out β we may be able to help!
